OPTIFAST Plan

Quick Start Plan

This program is perfect for those who have had a hard time cutting calories and portion sizes, but are not ready for the complete meal replacements of OPTIFAST. On this plan, we’ll help you break up calories into five or six small, healthy meals eaten throughout the day.
